We recently became aware of an insidious phishing scam targeting innocent individuals via WhatsApp messages, allegedly offering projects from our company, Admiral Media. Please note that these messages are fraudulent and are neither endorsed nor sanctioned by us. We are currently doing everything within our power to address and put an end to this issue.
Recognizing the Scam
The perpetrators of this scam have been illegally using variations of our company name, including Admiral Media, admiral.media and sometimes misspelt variants. They employ these misleading identifiers in an attempt to recruit people for fake part-time roles. The majority of these fraudulent communications occur on messaging platforms like WhatsApp and social media such as Instagram.

Admiral Media vehemently condemns these criminal activities. We want to make it clear to our customers, prospective employees, and the public at large, that these messages do not originate from our company, nor do they have our approval or support.
What to Do If You Receive a Scam Message
If you or someone you know receives one of these fraudulent messages, we urge you to take the following steps:
Do not reply or engage: The first rule when dealing with potential phishing scams is to not reply or engage with the sender. Any form of engagement can provide scammers with more information and make you a bigger target.
Report it: Report the incident to your local law enforcement agency and to WhatsApp or the social media platform where you received the message.
Share information: Let us know about the incident. We are gathering information about these fraudulent activities to aid in our investigation and to support any legal actions.
