Engagement and pricing
Admiral Media charges a monthly management fee, either a flat retainer or a percentage of media spend, separate from the media budget you pay the ad platforms. Retainers are transparent, have no long lock-ins, and are scaled to the channels, markets and volume of creative involved.
Performance marketing agencies are normally paid a monthly management fee. That fee is either a flat retainer or a percentage of the media spend they manage, and it sits separate from the budget you pay Meta, TikTok, Google or Apple for the ads themselves. Admiral Media works this way too.
The short version: a transparent monthly retainer, no long lock-in, scoped to the channels you run, the markets you run them in, and how much creative gets produced and tested.
The management fee is not the media budget. Money you spend on ads goes to the platforms directly. The fee also does not lock you into a long contract.
Creative production is the one part of Admiral Media’s work with public list pricing. The AI Creative Factory is sold in batches, billed per batch, on a one month rolling basis that can be cancelled at any time.

Admiral Media does not open with a retainer conversation. A senior strategist reviews the account first, shows where growth is leaking, and puts a number on the upside. Only then does scope, and therefore fee, get discussed.
The practical effect is that the fee is quoted against a scope you have already seen, rather than a package chosen before anyone has looked at the account.
Share your app or company website, the service you need, current monthly media spend and currency, your main business challenge, timing and who owns the decision. For ASO or creative-only work, describe the required output and available project budget. Agency and production fees are separate from media spend.
