Where mobile growth meets in person.
Workshops, boat parties and meetups for the people building mobile growth, plus the odd conference stage. Real rooms, real operators, and not a single booth.

Moments from our events.

Four ways we show up.
Some of it happens on a boat. A lot of it happens in a room with laptops open. All of it is really an excuse to get sharp people talking to each other.
Creative AI Workshops
Half a day, hands on. We dig into making ad creative with AI, staying visible in AI answers, and the UA workflow that ties them together. Run by people who do this daily, plus a guest or two worth listening to. You leave with a plan, not a pile of slides.
GrowBoat Sails
Our day on the water. Workshop in the morning, then a catamaran off the coast, a swim stop, and a DJ once the sun drops. Seven years, half a dozen cities, and a deck that is mostly founders and C-level. No booths, no lanyards.
Meetups & mixers
Mobile Experts Club, plus one-off nights like our Warsaw Growth Mixer with TikTok. A couple of short talks, then the good part: the conversations after. The quickest way to meet the people running growth in your city.
On the conference stage
When we are not hosting, we are on someone else’s stage. We turn up where UA and creative leads already are and talk about what is genuinely working right now, not what worked two years ago.
Half a day. Something you can use.
No keynote theatre. Bring a laptop and we work through the two things eating every growth team right now: making ad creative with AI, and staying findable as search turns into AI answers. You leave with something you can use on Monday.
AI Creative Production at Scale
How to generate, test and keep on-brand ad creative with AI without losing performance. Drawn from our AI Creative Factory.
LLM Visibility for Apps & Games
How to stay cited and found as search shifts to AI answers, and what answer-engine optimisation means for app marketers.
The UA Workflow Around It
Wiring creative and answer-engine work into a paid acquisition loop that actually compounds, not a one-off experiment.
A workshop, then a boat.
Roughly how a day goes: workshop first, harbor after. Here is a real running order from a recent one.

Every edition.
It started in San Francisco in 2019 and has not really stopped since. Barcelona, Berlin, Marbella, Warsaw and back to the bay.
GrowBoat Barcelona
Morning workshop with Idealo and our team, then a catamaran off Barcelona, a swim stop, and a set from DJ Tori Levett as the city slid by.
Mobile Experts Club
Our meetup for the local scene. A couple of short talks, then the conversations that are the actual reason everyone came.
GrowBoat Barcelona
Back on the water off Barcelona for the summer edition.
GrowBoat Berlin
Co-hosted with Avow and Kayzen. The DACH growth crowd, out on the water for a day.
Warsaw Growth Mixer
An evening for the Polish growth scene, run with TikTok. Drinks, short talks, and the people worth meeting in one room.
GrowBoat Barcelona
The Barcelona edition that made it an annual fixture.
GrowBoat Marbella
The Costa del Sol edition, taking the format down to Marbella.
GrowBoat San Francisco
Where it all started. The first sailing, out on the bay, and the reason there have been seven years of them since.
A few partners, never a wall.
We keep it to three or four per sailing so it never turns into a sponsor wall. Mintegral, Remerge, TikTok, Avow, Kayzen and WePush have all put their name to an edition.
Catch the team on the circuit.
When we are not on our own boat, we are usually on a stage somewhere. Here is where to catch the team next.
Seats are hand-picked, not sold.
About thirty people make it onto each GrowBoat. We have not set the next date yet, and when we do it goes to the Growth Memo list before anywhere else. Twice a month, written by the team, no filler.
Admiral Media events, answered.
What events does Admiral Media run?
Admiral Media runs hands-on Creative AI Workshops, hosts GrowBoat, an invite-only sail for growth leaders that has run for seven years across six or more cities, runs Mobile Experts Club meetups, and speaks on the conference circuit at events including App Promotion Summit, App Growth Summit, UA Brewmasters, App Growth Masterminds and Pocket Gamer Connects.
What is GrowBoat?
GrowBoat is Admiral Media’s day for the mobile growth community: a creative AI workshop in the morning, then an afternoon aboard a catamaran with a swim stop and a live DJ set. Every sailing carries about thirty hand-picked guests, and roughly ninety percent of the deck is C-level.
Do you run workshops?
Yes. Admiral Media runs hands-on Creative AI Workshops covering AI creative production at scale, LLM and answer-engine visibility for apps and games, and the UA workflow around them. A workshop runs as the morning half of a GrowBoat day, and can also be brought to your team. Talk to the Admiral Media team to arrange one.
When is the next GrowBoat?
The last one sailed in Barcelona in 2026. We have not locked the next date yet. When we do, it goes out in the Growth Memo first, and seats are capped at about thirty, so the list fills fast.
How do I get a seat on GrowBoat?
Seats are hand-picked rather than sold. Around thirty guests join each sailing, mostly founders, growth leads and heads of UA. Join the Growth Memo to hear about the next edition first, or talk to the Admiral Media team.
Who comes to GrowBoat?
Growth leaders from mobile gaming, subscription apps, fintech, dating, wellness and marketplace businesses. Alumni brands named on growboat.io include King, Scopely, Zynga, Rovio, FREE NOW, Canva, Product Madness, Deca Games, Idealo, Tilting Point and Tangelo Games.
Does Admiral Media speak at conferences?
Yes. The Admiral Media team speaks regularly at App Promotion Summit, App Growth Summit, UA Brewmasters, App Growth Masterminds and Pocket Gamer Connects.
How can I sponsor or partner with GrowBoat?
We keep it to three or four partners per edition, on purpose. Past and present ones include Mintegral, Remerge, TikTok, WePush, Adjust, Adapty, CleverTap, Avow and Kayzen. If you want a slot on the next sailing, just talk to the team.
Let us meet in person.
Get on the list for the next sailing, find us at a conference, or grab thirty minutes with the team. Whichever works, we will be there.
