How Admiral Media charges

Admiral Media charges a monthly management fee, either a flat retainer or a percentage of media spend, separate from the media budget you pay the ad platforms. Retainers are transparent, have no long lock-ins, and are scaled to the channels, markets and volume of creative involved.

What the fee actually is

Performance marketing agencies are normally paid a monthly management fee. That fee is either a flat retainer or a percentage of the media spend they manage, and it sits separate from the budget you pay Meta, TikTok, Google or Apple for the ads themselves. Admiral Media works this way too.

The short version: a transparent monthly retainer, no long lock-in, scoped to the channels you run, the markets you run them in, and how much creative gets produced and tested.

What moves the number

  • Channels. Running Apple Ads alone costs less to manage than running Apple Ads, Meta, TikTok and Google UAC together.
  • Markets. A single market is simpler to steer than a multi-market rollout with localised creative.
  • Creative volume. The number of ad variants produced and tested each month is a real input, because creative production is a large part of the work.

What the fee is not

The management fee is not the media budget. Money you spend on ads goes to the platforms directly. The fee also does not lock you into a long contract.

You see the plan before you see a price

Admiral Media does not open with a retainer conversation. A senior strategist reviews the account first, shows where growth is leaking, and puts a number on the upside. Only then does scope, and therefore fee, get discussed.

The practical effect is that the fee is quoted against a scope you have already seen, rather than a package chosen before anyone has looked at the account.

Pricing questions, answered

How much does it cost to hire Admiral Media?
Admiral Media charges a monthly management fee, either a flat retainer or a percentage of media spend, separate from the media budget itself. The exact figure is scoped to the channels, markets and creative volume in the engagement, which is why it is quoted after an account review rather than published as a single number. Creative production is the exception and does carry public list pricing, starting at 10,000 euro per batch of 20 video ads.
Is the management fee on top of my ad budget?
Yes. The management fee is separate from what you pay the ad platforms. Media spend goes to Meta, TikTok, Google or Apple directly. The fee covers the strategy, media buying, creative production and reporting Admiral Media performs on that spend.
Do you work on a flat retainer or a percentage of spend?
Both models are used. A flat monthly retainer is common for teams that want a predictable cost line. A percentage of media spend is used where budgets scale quickly and the workload scales with them. Which one applies is agreed as part of scoping.
What does the AI Creative Factory cost?
Batches are priced at 10,000 euro for 20 video ads, 16,000 euro for 40 video ads, and 29,000 euro for 80 video ads, which works out at 500, 400 and 363 euro per video ad respectively. Each batch is built on your brand guidelines, trained with competitor research, and includes a dedicated creative strategist.
Why is the retainer not published as a fixed number?
Because the work is not a fixed package. A single-channel engagement in one market is a different scope from a multi-channel, multi-market programme with high creative volume, and pricing them identically would be misleading. What is fixed is the model: a monthly management fee, separate from media, with no long lock-in, quoted against a scope you have reviewed first.
