What does the
GEO checker check?
The free GEO checker reviews public pages for access, brand identity, useful answers and supporting evidence. See the observed checks, coverage and your first priority.
Check your websiteCheck the public pages.
We retrieve up to five public pages and review what is accessible, how your brand is described and whether useful answers have supporting evidence.
Inspect the evidence.
See which signals were observed and where the check could not reach a conclusion. Open the source behind your first priority before making a change.
Choose your next step.
Start with one practical priority. Request a GEO review if you need help assessing the findings or deciding what to investigate and implement.
The visit matters.
The enquiry matters more.
We track the questions buyers ask, the answers that name us, and the visits that become contact form submissions.

How we check
AI search readiness.
Generative engine optimization (GEO), also called answer engine optimization (AEO), helps brands become easier to find, understand and cite in AI answers.
This checker starts with public website evidence. Website readiness and measured AI visibility are separate. This preview provides the website check; it does not collect AI answers.
Read our guide to answer engine optimizationMethodology prepared by Kevin Dosanjh. Last reviewed 2 October 2026.
Public pages, bounded scope
We check up to five pages. A failed fetch or inaccessible page reduces coverage. It does not prove that every AI crawler is blocked.
No special AI markup required
Clear, accessible content matters. A missing llms.txt file does not lower your score. Google says no special AI schema is required. Google’s AI search guidance
Search access and training are different
We distinguish OAI-SearchBot from GPTBot. Allowing one does not require allowing the other. OpenAI’s crawler guidance
A score, with its limits
The readiness score summarizes observed checks. Coverage and unknown findings are shown separately. It cannot establish recommendation frequency, search demand, future rankings or revenue.
GEO checker questions,

What is a GEO checker?
A GEO checker reviews signals related to a website’s readiness for generative AI search. Admiral’s free tool checks up to five public pages for access, brand identity, useful answers and supporting evidence. It shows the observed checks, coverage and one practical next step.
Is the GEO check free? Do I need an email?
Yes. You can run the website check and see the initial findings without an email. You can request a GEO review using the enquiry form on this page. Marketing emails are optional. Report emails are not enabled in this preview.
Does this check my ChatGPT or Google AI visibility?
This preview does not collect AI answers. Website readiness cannot tell you how often ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, AI Mode or Perplexity recommends your brand. That requires a separate measurement programme with the questions, sources and sample clearly identified.
What does the readiness score mean?
The score summarizes the website checks we could observe. Coverage shows how much of the check was completed. Inaccessible pages and unknown signals are reported as limits. A high score does not guarantee AI mentions, citations, traffic or sales.
What should I do after the check?
Inspect your first priority and its source before changing your website. Your team may be able to address it. Request a GEO review if you need help deciding what to investigate, implement or measure.
What happens to my data?
The checker reads public pages and stores the resulting report for a limited period. If you submit an enquiry, we use your details and matching website report to respond. Marketing emails are optional and may require a separate email confirmation. See our privacy policy.
How do GEO, AEO and SEO fit together?
SEO helps people discover pages in search results. GEO and AEO describe work to improve visibility in AI-generated answers and answer-driven search. Accessible pages, useful content and credible evidence support both. Google says its existing SEO practices remain relevant to AI search. Read Google’s guidance or explore Admiral’s AEO service.
