Azar let you to meet someone new at the turn of each swipe through live video calls. You can select the region and gender of your choice and start building new conversations, you can add new people to your friend list and spark conversations, send and receive messages / video calls with existing friends, while chats are translated in real time.

Context

We faced the challenge to grow a large user base & ensure a profitable business on TikTok.

Goals

1. Capture high new ARPU (average revenue per user) audience
2. Scale new user sign ups (male & female with different target KPIs)
3. Scale TikTok as a user acquisition channel for international audiences

Approach
