Admiral Media Shortlisted for The Drum Awards EMEA 2026 in AI Category for Fastic Campaign

Berlin, 2 May 2026. We are Admiral Media, and we have been shortlisted for The Drum Awards for Marketing EMEA 2026 in the AI category for our campaign How We Increased ROAS by 400% for Fastic. Winners will be announced at Evolution London on Wednesday, 3 June 2026.

The AI category at The Drum is a hard room. Most entries are still pilot work. The jury is looking for AI that has been pushed into production against a real P&L. Our Fastic programme qualified on that test.

The work

Fastic is the world’s leading intermittent fasting app. The brief was to scale paid acquisition from near zero to one million paying users without breaking unit economics. We built three things to do it: an AI-assisted creative pipeline that produces variants at the cadence platform algorithms reward, a target ROAS bidding regime trained on cohort revenue rather than installs, and a multi-channel architecture that lets winning creative move from Meta to Google to TikTok to Snapchat without losing attribution.

The numbers, all published in the Fastic case study, are 639% installs, 1,655% purchases, 439% revenue, 952% MAU, and a 50% drop in cost per purchase.

Why this nomination matters to us

Most AI marketing case studies live in slide decks. This one shipped revenue. The Drum jury rewarded the operating discipline behind the tools, not the tools themselves, which is the recognition we wanted.
