Installs that never buy
Campaigns bid on cheap installs, so the app fills with browsers who never place a first order.
Shopping ads · Senior growth team
Paid growth for shopping apps: Google Shopping, App campaigns and catalogue ads that bring installs, first orders and repeat purchases. One senior team owns the feed, the creative and the measurement.

The short answer
A Google Shopping ads agency runs the product ads that appear when people search for something to buy. For a shopping app, that means a product feed, Shopping and Performance Max with app deep links, App campaigns for installs and engagement, and catalogue ads on Meta and TikTok. At Admiral Media, an official Google partner, one senior team owns it all and judges it on first and repeat orders.

The problem
Campaigns bid on cheap installs, so the app fills with browsers who never place a first order.
Without deep links, a tap on a product ad lands on the app home or the mobile site, not the product.
Budgets stop at the first purchase, while lapsed shoppers and peak weeks like Black Friday go unplanned.

| Admiral Media | In-house team | Generalist agency | |
|---|---|---|---|
| What bidding learns from | First orders and purchase value | Depends on the events already tracked | Often installs or clicks |
| Deep links | Tested on Shopping, catalogue and App ads | Needs engineering time to set up | Often left to the client |
| Product feed | One feed fixed for Google, Meta and TikTok | Often owned by merchandising, not marketing | Often used as the shop exports it |
| Peak season | Budget, feed and creative ready weeks ahead | Competes with day-to-day work | Varies, often planned late |
| Cost structure | Retainer or % of spend, no lock-in | Salaries, tools and hiring time | Retainer or % of spend, terms vary |

How we work
Most agencies charge a monthly fee, either a flat retainer or a percentage of ad spend, kept separate from the budget you pay Google, Meta or TikTok. Admiral Media offers either, with no long lock-ins and no budget minimums. You get a scoped quote after the first call, once we know your catalogue, markets and order goals.
Yes, for shoppers who already have your app. Once app deep links are set up in Merchant Center, Shopping ads and Performance Max can open the product in your app instead of the mobile site. Everyone else lands on the web page, so both routes have to work. We test them on iOS and Android before launch and again after app releases.
Usually both, because they do different jobs. App campaigns find new users and, through engagement campaigns, bring back people who already have the app. Shopping and Performance Max reach people searching for a product right now. We split budget by where first orders actually come from, not by which campaign reports the most installs.
We have no budget minimums. The budget has to buy enough first orders each week for bidding to learn, which depends on your order value and how many installers go on to buy. We size it with you on the first call and start with the markets and categories most likely to pay back.
Installs and clicks show within days. A fair read on cost per first order usually takes a few weeks, because campaigns need conversion data to leave the learning phase. Repeat purchase takes longer to judge, so we report it by monthly cohort. We avoid edits that reset learning while the data builds.
In-house works when someone has time to own the feed, the campaigns, the MMP and the creative every week. An agency gives you a senior team across all four from day one, plus what it learns on other accounts. Many shopping apps keep merchandising, pricing and CRM in-house while we run paid growth.
We send first order, repeat purchase and order value from your app to your MMP, such as AppsFlyer or Adjust, and pass them on to Google, Meta and TikTok. On iOS we set up SKAdNetwork and AdAttributionKit conversion values. Then we compare platform numbers with your own order data, so no channel takes credit for buyers you already had.
Yes. Our creative team and AI Creative Factory produce product videos, catalogue templates and asset group images, so ads do not rely on plain product shots or Google's auto-made assets. For peak periods such as Black Friday we prepare offer creative ahead of time and refresh it on a schedule, so results do not fade.
