Creative fatigue
Meta audiences tire of the same ads fast. Without new concepts every cycle, costs climb and delivery stalls.
Meta ads · Senior growth team
Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for apps, games and ecommerce brands, judged on purchases, subscriptions and revenue. One senior team owns the buying, creative and measurement.

The short answer
A Facebook ads agency plans, buys and improves Meta campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and Audience Network for a business result such as purchases, subscriptions or installs. That covers account structure, Advantage+ and manual campaigns, creative testing, and tracking through the Meta pixel, Conversions API and, for apps, an MMP with SKAN. At Admiral Media, an official Meta partner, one senior team owns all of it.

The problem
Meta audiences tire of the same ads fast. Without new concepts every cycle, costs climb and delivery stalls.
iOS privacy rules hide conversions. Without the Conversions API and clean app events, Advantage+ bids on guesswork.
Cheap installs and leads look good in Ads Manager and do little for revenue or payback.

Talk to Our TeamAgency, in-house or both
Many of our clients keep an in-house team and use us for creative volume, new channels or a second opinion.
| Admiral Media | In-house team | Generalist agency | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Creative volume | New concepts tested on a set cadence | Limited by your designers' time | Often resized assets from other channels |
| Signal and tracking | Pixel, Conversions API, MMP and SKAN checked first | Depends on your engineering time | Often platform-reported numbers only |
| Partner access | Official Meta partner | Standard advertiser support | Varies, not always a Meta partner |
| Cross-channel view | Meta judged against TikTok, Google and Snapchat | Full view if you run every channel | Channels often run in separate silos |
| Cost structure | Retainer or % of spend, no lock-in | Salaries, tools and hiring time | Retainer or % of spend, terms vary |

How we work
A monthly management fee, either a flat retainer or a percentage of media spend, paid separately from the budget you spend with Meta. At Admiral Media there are no budget minimums. You get a scoped quote after the first call, based on your markets, channels and goals.
We have no budget minimums. What matters is enough budget for each ad set to leave Meta's learning phase, and that depends on your cost per purchase, trial or install. We size the first test with you on the call rather than quote a fixed figure, and say so if Meta is not the right next step.
Most accounts get a readable first test within a few weeks, depending on conversion volume. New ad sets go through Meta's learning phase, and we avoid edits that would reset it. Judge whether Meta can scale over the first three months, not the first week.
In-house works if you have a senior media buyer and a creative team shipping new concepts every week. An agency gives you both from day one, plus what it learns across other accounts. We often work alongside in-house teams, running buying and creative while you own the product and the numbers.
Yes. Our creative team and AI Creative Factory produce UGC-style video, motion, statics and carousels for Feed, Stories and Reels, then test them in your account. With broad targeting and Advantage+, the creative does much of the targeting, so new concepts matter more than audience tweaks.
We set up the Conversions API next to the pixel and check event match quality, so Meta can match purchases to people. For apps, we connect your MMP, map SKAN conversion values to revenue and set up Meta's Aggregated Event Measurement. Then we compare Meta's numbers with your own data rather than trusting platform reporting alone.
Usually yes, as part of the account rather than all of it. Advantage+ works well once tracking is solid and there is enough creative to feed it. We define your existing customers, run it next to a manual campaign on the same goal and keep whichever brings cheaper new customers or better ROAS.
Yes. For ecommerce we run catalogue ads, Advantage+ and creative-led prospecting from a clean product feed, judged on ROAS and new customers. For apps and games we optimise for trials, subscriptions and in-app purchases through an MMP. Structure, creative and attribution change with the business model.
